Our products are made by hand in Berlin, Germany.
Which materials are used in Knotingelse products and where are they sourced?
- Our materials are certified Oeko-Tex-Standard 100 and are sourced in Germany. We use the following materials:
- Ribbons: Viscose with a cotton core or silver plated PA [Was ist PA? Abkürzung für etwas?]
- Locks: Stainless and nickel free steel with magnets
- Plugs: 925er silver

How do I find the right size?
Our bracelets are produced in S (length ca. 15.0 cm), M (length ca. 16.5 cm), andL (length ca. 19.5 cm). All other products are one size. Our sizes are, however, only indicative. Your own comfort in wearing our products plays another significant role.
What happens if the sizes doesn’t fit me?
Please send us your relevant measurements, e.g., of your wrist or neck, and we’ll produce a product tailored just for you. Please acknowledge it might take longer than usual to process your request.

How does the delivery work?

We accept payments through Paypal or via bank transfer. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please transfer directly on our account and use the order number as intended purpose. Your order will be shipped after we’ve received your payment on our account.

How long can I return my order?
You have 14 days after you received your order to decide whether to keep your items.
Who is responsible for the shipping fee of returns?
